Residents in advanced education programs can participate in an experiential Internship with AAL that will develop academic leaders and empower them to pursue educational excellence, the application of knowledge and the discovery of ideas that lead to lifelong learning. This program consists of two 3-day phases (beginning at 1 p.m. on day 1 and ending at noon on the last day of each phase) supplemented by online activities. Participants who attend both phases and complete all the activities and projects will be awarded Internship Completion Recognition.

Tuition:
Tuition is $1,000, which includes all program materials, continental breakfast, and lunch each day of the program. Tuition payment is not required to submit an application, but it is due upon acceptance to the program.
Application Instructions:
To enroll in the program and for scholarship consideration, interested residents should click the ‘Register Now’ button to begin the application process. In addition to a completed application, other requirements are a current resume or CV, recommendation letter from the applicant's program director, and an essay about the resident's interest in academia and career goals.
