“The Academic Leadership for Residents program provided me step-by-step guidance on how to go about pursuing an academic career. My biggest win from the program was to be able to practice the key virtues of leadership, inspiring me to be a better person. Without a doubt, AAL's residents program is a necessity for anyone who has the slightest inclination to venture into academia.”
